ALEX OUTHWAITE

Sound Editor

Alex is one of our in house soundmen. With over 6 years experience in audio post-production, he has an extensive range of skills that means he can look after any part of a film’s sound needs.

Originally from North Yorkshire, Alex joined Creativity in 2015. He has quickly established himself as an integral part of the sound team and the self-designated tea expert of the office.

JENNIFER ERIKSSON

Post Production Manager

Jennifer is your first port of call for our clients. Whether you’re already part of the family or a new face – Jennifer will introduce you to all things Creativity Media. She will help you navigate our magical world of post-production, managing your project with care and great attention to detail.

Originally from Stockholm, Jen moved to London and pursued her BA and MA in Filmmaking. In 2016 she went on to win a BIFA for her short “Jacked”.

MATTHEW TROUGHTON

Head of Picture Post & Senior Colourist

Matthew heads up our picture post department and is our senior colourist. With over a decade of experience in colour grading and post-production, Mat has shaped the look of a wide range of award winning films.

Mat compliments his colouring work with an in depth knowledge of post-production systems and workflows, having designed and built several post-production facilities, including working for a year for The Guardian media group, designing and building their production and post-production pipeline.

PATRICK FISCHER

Managing Director

Patrick is a seasoned film producer and media entrepreneur. He has produced and/or financed over twenty films in the past decade and is one of the founding partners of Creativity Media and our film finance company Creativity Capital.

Patrick holds a BA in Film Production from the University of Westminster and an MBA from the Cass Business School. In 2012 Patrick was voted one of the Top 100 “individuals who have bought the most influence, innovation and inspiration to the British Creative and Media industries” by Screen and TimeOut.

RICHARD KONDAL

Supervising Sound Editor & Mixer

Richard brings together business and creativity. As well as being the Co-Founder of Creativity Media, Richard has created soundscapes for world-renowned directors such as Stephen Frears, Michael Winterbottom and Mike Figgis.

He ensures all of Creativity Media’s sound resources are allocated to best effect, and that the sound post-production process has everything it needs to achieve a high quality result.

CAVAN ASH

New Business Executive

Cavan is our New Business Executive, finding films and negotiating with filmmakers to bring their projects to post at Creativity. Cavan has over twenty years’ experience in film and television in both the UK and Los Angeles as both a producer and an executive. Away from Creativity, he continues to work as a producer, and his current slate includes films set up at Lionsgate, BBC Films, and the BFI. As a producer, he brings an understanding of the needs of filmmakers to all his dealings with potential clients and a determination to ensure that all project teams leave entirely satisfied with their experience at Creativity.

COLIN HUGHES

Online Editor

Colin is highly technical with years of experience in the IT industry and has a degree in Cvil Engineering. He made the switch to the film industry as he was always drawn to the creative side of things and has had a passion for films. He felt it would be the perfect place to merge his skill set and love of films. In doing so, he completed an MA in post-production and has never looked back.

He has worked on a number of shorts, corporate and commercial projects. Prior to joining Creativity Media he edited a feature documentary about the US Embassy in London. This made him realise that working on features is where his passions lie and Creativity was the place for him to thrive.

Having worked on a wide-ranging variety of film projects with numerous responsibilities in the post production workflow, he is no stranger to hard work and adapting to the needs of evolving projects.

JAMES HARDING

Online Editor

As an online editor, James is responsible for preparing our films for the colour grade with great attention to detail. As well as designing graphics and titles, James is also an aspiring colourist learning from Creativity’s own experienced Mat Troughton.

James studied Film and Television at Westminster University, specialising in cinematography. However, when he realised he was much better suited to dark, air conditioned rooms, he moved his skills over to post production and is now a vital member of our picture team.
